EDICTUM CONSULARE: Exceptional Bylaws Regulations for the CL

Salvete omnes,

Upon request by the leadership of the Collegium Latinum, CONSUL L. Curio issues this Edictum:

Lucius Aurelius Curio wrote:EDICTUM CONSULARE: Exceptional Bylaw Regulations for the CL

I. This edict supersedes the Collegium bylaws of the Collegium Latinae.

II. All bylaws of the Collegium Latinae can now be updated with a majority of voting members (as will be determined in this Edict).

III. As per this edict, voting members constitutes any Roman Republic citizen who is a member of the Collegium voting for bylaw change and has Optimo Iure status. Any votes from individuals who do not meet both requirements will be disregarded.

IV. Any and all time delays are null and void until this edict expires or is removed.

V. This edict takes effect immediately and is enforced until the end of the Consular term or removed by a Consul or higher body as per the bylaws or until the bylaws of the Collegium Latinae are successfully altered. This edict may be renewed next Consular term.
