Application for Sacerdos not submitting

Forgive me if this is not the correct place to ask this question.

I saw the post on the Facebook group about the application for Sacerdos and Augur. I decided to give it a whirl and fill out the extensive application. It was fun! A challenge, like a college essay.

However, when I try to submit, I keep getting the following error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /tabellarius/process.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Luckily, I have everything saved in a doc on my computer.

I also asked on the Facebook post, but decided to ask here too, just to get wider coverage for help. Any help appreciated.
