    EDICTUM PRAETORIUM 74-01: Appointment to the staff of the Praetor Urbanus

    I, Titus Flavius Severus, Praetor of the Roman Republic hereby appoint the following citizens to the staff of the Praetor Urbanus, with all the obligations and privileges prescribed by the laws of the Roman Republic, as my assistants, specific functions, rights and duties assigned to them will be determined in accordance with my will, within the framework of my powers:

     

    Gaius Flavius Aetius,

    Sextus Sergius Abascantus (Finitor),

     

    No oath shall be required.

    This edict takes effect immediately.
