C. Florius Lupus P. Iunio Bruto salutem plurimam dicit, salve!
Great idea to broadcast the ceremony live and publish iton YouTube. I hope we can do this more frequently from now on. It could become the Roman equivalent of regular Christian church service and bring the Religio back into our daily lives.
There were some details though that I noticed:
Is there a reason why the ceremony was not performed capite velato?
Apparently it was done before a green screen. Is it not possible to perform it in the real outdoor setting (garden)? In this case perhaps the picture of a Roman temple as background would have been better.
Could we do these ceremonies at least partially in Latin? Some formulae sounded a little odd in their English translation like “It is done” (Factum est) or “Go now!” (Ilicet).
The use of an iPad looked a little bit anachronistic. (Although I actually do the same with my Kindle eReader.) Maybe printing the text on a scroll would look better.
The sound quality could need some improvement. For example, if the music track would be mixed directly over the microphon track instead of playing itduring the recording it would sound better.
Anyway it was great. Gratias tibi ago pro labore tuo. Cura ut valeas!
