In accordance with consular edict, our Factio have to hold elections. Any activity I did not notice, but waited a long time.

In this connection, I, Dominus factionis emeritus, announce the elections of leaders of the faction.

That would not mock the historical authenticity, the second leader of the faction will be called "Praefectus factionis" (now vice-prezedent of the Fractio, according to the current statute).

Voting will take place as follows:

1) Nominations:

Everyone who is a member of the faction (ie listed in this list of the Factio here: http://romanrepublic.org/civitas/joint_ ... rectory/27), and meets the requirements of the statute, by writing messages in this topic, may be a candidate.

Period: 15-16 January 2017

If it is announced only two candidates, there are automatically considered to be elected.

2) Voting:

Since not all citizens are users of the forum, the voting will take place by sending a letter by e-mail: teogonist@gmail.com. This e-mail address of Quintus Vergilius Crassus, he already had experience of counting votes, and he is a disinterested party. The e-mail message should indicate the name (roman) of the candidate for whom you vote and your (roman) name.

The candidate with the most votes gets the post of Dominus factionis. The candidate with the second number of votes in a row, gets the post of Praefectus factionis.

Period: 17-18 January 2017

After the vote the names of winners will be sent to the Consul, and the results are published Crassus.

According to the results and the wishes of the candidates, T. Flavius Severus holds the post of Dominus factionis, M. Flavius Celsus holds the post of Praefectus factionis.
