A man named sextus roscius is accused of killing his own farther, his defendant was M. Tullius Cicero, the acuser is a man named euricus. The case went on for over 3 days, many witnesses were called upon. Cicero symbolically stated que bono (who benefited). The jury operated by simply ticking either guiltily or not guilty on a wax tablet and all it took was a simple majority to decide. In the end sextus roscius was said to be NOT guilty!
