Salvete omens,

Elections will take place in December of this year to elect the officers of 2017-2018. These officers will serve a term of 1 year. There are no restrictions on terms elected.

Starting now, members of the collegia are encouraged to announce their candidacy.

Positions:

Two (2) Magistri

The magistri will work together with the magistra maxime according to the collegium’s purpose and provide help with translations (of works in Latin), their own lessons, discussions, suggested reading, etc.

Registered Roman citizens shall be entitled to the votes for leadership positions. Each member will be entitled to 1 vote. The head positions of the group shall be allowed to cast a vote in order to break the tie if a tie-vote occurs. Voting in done in any matter that is fair with each citizen holding equal power in the vote. Electronic voting may be conducted online for 7 days - before the final announcement is made. This may be through email, Facebook, messages, or other means. Voting will begin 2 November until 20 November.
