Since we do not have the relevant section of the forum, I suggest about the voiced problems and bugs apply to this topic. I’ll start first:
Today, I almost an hour fought hard to post an article in the library. But all my efforts were in vain, library always gave the same answer:quote :
I used everything: different ways of creating articles, relog … I guess I have only to try dancing with tambourines, but it is unlikely it would break the inexorable Wiki.
At first everything was fine, even "Show preview" option to work, but a little later that I had not clicked ("Show preview" or "Save page"), always stood out above error. I have to post articles in the library, so I do not understand what the problem now. Maybe Wiki, being a prideful girl, showing her obstinate character? (=March 16, 2016 at 1:16 pm #3534

Severus, YOU’VE DISCOVERED IT! The secret to adding articles to the wiki is becoming a member of the Salii!
UGHH, I can’t believe we didn’t see it before, LOL!
(Triarius goes, gets his tambourine-shaped shield and laptop, and goes dancing in the street….)March 16, 2016 at 1:34 pm #3535
Seriously, though, when I log in, I get nothing, too. There needs to be a create new page link somewhere, either in the user directory or on the main page. It may be there, but I can’t find it. Also, I find no content in the Library. Where did it all go?March 16, 2016 at 4:06 pm #3542
That is really frustrating. Odd, I’m not getting this error despite my attempts to replicate it. Do you have some unusual security set up with your internet? It seems like the server does not like something from your end. As we figure this out, I’m happy to post your article. Do you have a word document you can send me?
Is anyone else getting this "forbidden error" message?
To create a page you just search the title. If no page exists with that title then the system should prompt you to make a new page. Triari, what type of problem are you having?
Note, if you are getting an error message when you try to view your wiki profile that is a known issue and expected.

Brute, If I search a topic, I get say 1-5 results, but there is no content on the page. Sometimes I get the "content pages All Everything etc. bar, but when I click on any of the options, there is no content. If I log in as a contributor, there is no page edit option and I get nothing from the search box.March 16, 2016 at 5:11 pm #3546
Okay, I think I found the problem. It’s that IE is not really compatible with the site. I switched to Google Chrome and everything seems to be working okay.March 16, 2016 at 5:19 pm #3547
I experiment a bit (figuratively speaking, it was dancing with tambourines :D) It turned out the following: when the amount of text passes a certain limit, then there is the above error when you try to save the page. If I add in the text section (code: == section title ==), and in this new section continues to add text, then the error does not occur. Thus, it can be concluded that an error linked with the amount of text.
P.S. I thought something was wrong with the content of my article (wrong characters or something else), so I processed and posted another article, but the problems are the same. Here is a link: http://romanrepublic.org/bibliotheca/in … _Good_LifeMarch 16, 2016 at 5:24 pm #3548

I use Google Chrome, but trying to find the problem, it is also used Firefox, IE and Opera. Everything is the same. The problem is not in this, as I wrote above.March 16, 2016 at 5:44 pm #3549

Ah, I see Triari. I’m fixing that bug now.
Savere, your matter has to do with the server settings, I will need to speak with the web host.
I will keep you both updated.

Take a look at the bibliotheca (http://romanrepublic.org/bibliotheca/wiki/). I implemented a bandage type fix. There should be no more scrolling issues in IE or any other browser. A permanent more aesthetically pleasing fix is in the works.
Severe, I have a meeting scheduled with the web host to figure out the bug you reported.

Salve Brute,quote Publius Iunius Brutus:
I have posted another article of mine in the wiki:
http://romanrepublic.org/bibliotheca/in … man_Empire
At this time, I did not have any problems… although this article is smaller in size than the one that I published earlier (including article of Cassia Longina).
A huge thank you, Brute, for the attention you paid to such problems.

My pleasure. Thank you for reporting the bugs! I can’t fix them if I don’t know about them!
There are probably a few other bugs in the system. We have not placed much demand on parts of our system. So as we do this we will get those other bugs discovered and sorted out.
Also, don’t forget to submit those articles at the marketplace!

I don’t know if this counts, but on the home page of the web site, at the bottom to contact the Aranaerius, at least on my computer, there is no e-mail address associated with the link. I think it was there before, but now it’s not. Again, this is on my computer. I don’t know about others’ computers.
