Thank you for your inquiry.
I was informed by Quaestor Laenas that the directory system through the forum held some security concerns.
To make up for this problem, every citizen can be looked up and contacted directly through the Album Civium (http://romanrepublic.org/civitas/citizen/album_civium).
However, you will need to login first (http://romanrepublic.org/civitas/citizen/login?status=1).

C. Florius Lupus honorabilibus Censoribus salutes plurimas dicit, avete!
I am not sure, whether this is the right place to make my request, but I noticed that my entry in the Album Civium still has me listed as Proletarius (tax not paid), but I paid my tax through denarii transfer just a few days ago.
Furthermore I am listed as member of the Collegium Peregrinatorum, but not of the Collegium Philosophiae, although I have joined it since its earliest days.
Both issues might become relevant, since I have announced my candidacy for the co-leadership of the Collegium.
Who do I have to contact to get this fixed?
C. Flor. LupusApril 27, 2017 at 3:50 pm #9863
Curio Lupo Sal.
The tax issue would fall under the purview of the Censores, certainly. The collegia issue I would contact the Curule Aedile, as it’s their job to oversee the collegia. They should be able to fix the issue. If you can’t reach them, reach out to the Plebeian Aedile. If you have any further issues please contact myself or one of the Praetores for assistance.

I have been invited to join the Gens Aurelia, and decided to accept this gracious offer. Could I please have my Gens changed. Graitas.

I also realize I am listed under the wrong province. I live in Texas and should be in the Texia province. Would someone be kind enough to change that as well.

In the Album Civium, I am wrongly listed as being in Provincia Gallia Mississipia. I am in fact in Provincia Virginia. I think I accidentally left my state as "Alabama" during account creation.

Salve comrades. I registered as Tiberia Salvia Albina because there was no cognomen "Alba", but "Alba" is my roman cognomen for many years, from Nova Roma, seven years I think. Can Censores change my cognomen "Albina" to "Alba"?August 18, 2017 at 9:34 pm #11146

Our current policy is to only approve cognomen which we have evidence of use between 700s BCE and 350 CE. If you provide such a reference the cognomen can be happily changed.August 18, 2017 at 9:55 pm #11147
Some of us are from Nova Roma, and majority (and its needed) wants the same name as in Nova Roma.
In my opinion this should be respected. I am asking for inclusion of cognomen "Palla".
Here can be a proof of use this cognomen:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Nerva.
I understand the desire to reconcile NR names with the new reality here in the Respublica. I too had a different name in NR.
This said the nomenclature in NR left some to be desired. By enforcing a standard of names being historical between the founding of Rome to 350CE we are ensuring that 10 years from now we preserve the tradition of our ancestors basic naming system. If we don’t follow a standard then why not just allow any name or use Russian, Czech, or English names? The point behind the name was as a form of Roman cultural expression.
The good news is that almost all names that have been requested are historical but just not in the system. We can easily add such names. We added many names from many historical sources when designing the system. But we certainly do not have all. We are only human and have limited time to research this important and interesting topic. For this, our citizens can help with our research. A good source for cognomina research is "A study of the cognomina of soldiers in the Roman legions" by Dean, Lindley Richard.

I checked the system, your email is correctly listed as firstname.lastname@example.org. Truly I have no idea why you are not getting your ballot.
To rectify this matter for the present I will do the following:
I. I will make sure all ballot links are posted here in the main forum.
II. I will work with the quaestores to compile an email list for ballots can also be sent out again 1/2 way through an election period. The current system does not allow this, so it would need to occur manually, thus the need for an email list.
III. I will speak with Quaestor Laenas who designed the election system to check it over and see if he can identify the reason for the issue if the problem exists on our end.
I hope this helps resolve this matter for the present and the future.October 5, 2017 at 9:43 am #11468
Здравствуй Нерва! Посмотри в папке спама в своём почтовом адресе. У меня была такая же проблема, мне не приходили избирательные бюллютени, но оказалось, что они все в парке со спамом.
